Search Employees by Competency

You can search in the Training module to find Employees who hold a competency (or more than one). Use this together with all the other search options to really narrow down the results and find exactly who you're looking for. 

e.g., Find a Site Supervisor with a valid record on file for Confined Space, tagged with VIC:

It doesn't matter whether the competency is required for that employee or not. The search results will show anyone with a valid record on file for that competency. If the record has expired they won't show up. 

Search for Multiple Competencies

You can search for more than one competency - tick all the competencies you want to filter employees by.
