Audit Findings

Audit findings are logged in the Issues module.

You can create them directly in the Issues module, or create them from the Audit report. 

Create Audit Findings directly in the Issues module

Go to the Issues module and click on "Add Issue"
Then fill in the details of the audit finding:

Create Audit findings from the Audit Report record. 

You can also create an Issue from the Audit Report that's uploaded as a Register Record. This will also link the Audit Finding Issue to the Audit Report.

Look for the "+ Add Issue" button at the bottom of the Register Record:
