Find Incident by Number

You can search Incidents by number, or go directly to an incident via the URL. 

To search for an incident number, use the 'text' search box:

Watch out for the default setting of 'hide closed' which will hide your result if its status is 'closed'. 

Click the tab to clear that search option and show the closed incidents (or start with 'Show all' and then enter the Incident number you want to find).

Via the URL:

You can also go directly to the incident you want to see by appending the number to the Incidents URL in your browser. e.g.,

URL to show all Incidents:   https://{mysite}.qualitysystems.com/incidents/
