Employees and Training Records

* An Observer is a user with no group assigned

* For Training Records, the local roles of Viewer and Assignee come from the Employee. Access is granted only to Training Records for that Employee, but not to Training records for other Employees.

Jobs and Competencies

There is no Assignee or other local role applicable to Jobs or Competencies.

Tasks, Comments, etc under an Employee

For tasks and comments and other content contained under the Employee, the local roles of Viewer and Assignee come from the Employee.
