Permissions Matrix for Incidents
Incident permissions are similar to Issues, except for the 'Records' and 'People' tabs, which are restricted because they may contain sensitive information.
Members Can:
- Add / Report a new Incident - Yes
- View an Incident and the Actions - Yes
- Add Actions - Yes
- Close an Incident - Yes / No (depends on your site configuration)
- Edit an Incident - only if nominated as Assignee
- Edit an Action - No
- Delete an Issue or an Action - No
- Access details on People involved - No
- Access Records for an Incident - No

* Whether an Assignee can close an Incident or not depends on the site configuration.
