Accessing Form data

Forms get filled in when you add a record of some kind, e.g., a Training record, Asset record, Register record, Contact record, Risk record, or an Action added to an Issue or Incident.
The form data is stored with the record you added and can be viewed there. Form data stored throughout QSToolbox can also be accessed from the Forms module. For forms used in Registers, the form data can also be viewed from the Register view.

View or Export all the form data

All of the form data submitted with records added anywhere in QSToolbox can be viewed in the Forms module on the "Submissions" tab for the form. You can also export the form data. 

Since the export is a csv file (comma delimited text file), it's not possible to include any uploaded files or photos you have in the form. To access that data, you'll need to view the record (click the link in the 'Record' column). 

Registers

For Registers, you'll see the form data when you view a single record and also when you view the list of records. When you export the records, you also get the form field data for those records.
