Form field types

There are several different kinds of form fields. The larger group at the top are for questions. The two at the bottom don't accept answers and are for adding instructions to your form. 

Question Fields

Text - a short text response

Choice - select one option from a list

Multi-choice - select multiple options from a list

Checkbox - a box to check, or leave unchecked

Switch - has two options - 'NO' and 'YES' (default no)

Signature - a field you can scribble a signature in

Number - will only accept numbers

Date - select a date using a calendar pop-up

Module - use content in QSToolbox as the selection list, select multiple. Choose which module to display a list of Contacts, Assets, Employees, Issues, or Documents. e.g. Contacts:

Files - upload files

Photos - upload photos (on a mobile you can capture 1 photo now, or select multiple photos already saved)
