Shortcut to create a Training Event from Competency Gaps

When there are employees with competency gaps, you commonly want to schedule a training event to fill those gaps. 

The +Add Event shortcut on the competency view will automatically add people 'with a Training Gap' as attendees to the new event.

Note that event attendees must be system users, but the competency gaps list is showing employees. To make this shortcut work, QSToolbox is matching up email addresses in your employees data to email addresses in your users data to find the right user. If there's no matching user for the employee, they can't be added as an attendee.
