Printing

To print content from QSToolbox you can use your browser print functions from the menu, or

with a keyboard shortcut (Cntrl + P in Windows; or ⌘ + P on Mac), or

in the set of tabs on the right that control how you want to view your data, click on the 'Print' tab - circled below:

The print output is based on what you're looking at when you select print.

Print Search Results

To print a list of search results, view the list then print.

To print charts, switch to the charts tab before you print:

Print a Single Item

When you want to print an individual item, like an Issue or a Document, you print the same way. View the item and look for the print tab over on the right:

As before, the print output is based on what you're looking at when you select print.

To print a released document, select the Released tab before you choose print.

To print a draft document, view the Draft (if you have permission) and then print.

If you're printing a document and don't want to include all the extra info about the document (editor, types, due date, related items, etc), hide the top section using the button to the right of the print tab:

(click it again to restore the top section).



To print an Issue or Incident including information contained in the corrective actions, select the actions tab to see them before you print.

To print Issue tasks, switch to the tasks tab before you print.
