Tasks

Almost everything in QST can have tasks associated with it. Stop trying to remember everything that needs to be done, and offload it into Toolbox where you can add and track Tasks together with the item they relate to.

  • Document needs new pictures to show the new products? Add a task.
  • Asset needs more pre-start books? Add a task.
  • Hazard needs additional controls? Add a task.
  • Supplier contracts to renegotiate in September? Add a task.
  • Actions arising from a meeting? Add tasks!

You'll see a 'Tasks' tab when you're viewing an item, e.g. a Document, an Asset:

You'll see all your tasks collected on the work list in Toolbox and emailed to you, and on the calendar:

Add a new task by filling in the form below the list of tasks:

Click the checkbox to mark the task as done:

Click on the task title to view the details, and edit or delete.
