Link content to a Project

Content is linked to projects in the same way that you apply tags.

Link a single item

To link a single item, for example an Incident, edit the incident and select the relevant project in the 'Projects' field towards the bottom:

Link multiple items

To link multiple items at once go to the relevant module and look for 'Bulk Actions' at the bottom.

You may want to filter the results with some search options first.

Then click on 'Bulk Actions':

In the instruction beneath the bulk actions button, click on 'select all' in the text (or select items using the checkboxes ), and then click on the "click here to continue" text.

Choose which bulk action you want ('Add to Project') and then select which project you want to link those items to. As soon as you select a project from the list, the action will go ahead.

Viewing items in a Project

When you open the project, the linked items are listed under the corresponding summary box. For example, to see linked Incidents:

Add an item from a project

If you add an item while you're in the project, it will automatically be linked to the project.

Remove an item from a project

To remove a single item from a project, edit the item and deselect the project in the 'Projects' field.

To remove in bulk, you need to be viewing the items in the project. Then you can use Bulk Actions as before, with the option available to "Remove from project". In this case there's nothing further to choose, the action will go ahead as soon as you choose the 'remove' option.
