Training Reports

There are several ways to view your data, available on the tabs on the right side. All of these options show your current search results in different ways and will update as you change your search options.

Tabs in order from left to right:

Default employees list - basic contact information with a report on the number of competency gaps

List-plus - for each employee, shows which competencies they hold and competency gaps

Training matrix - employees as rows with competencies across the top. Shows the expiry date of the training record, or 'required' if the competency is required and not held.

Charts - graphs related to training data

Export - export the current search results

Print - what you see on the screen - i.e. whichever view is showing list, or list-plus, or charts, etc.

Activity - audit trail of add/edit/delete activity in Toolbox.
