Dashboards

Dashboards are accessed at the top right of the screen:

If you can't see this icon, dashboards may not have been enabled on your site.

Please get in touch with our support team to turn on dashboards for you.

Dashboards show charts with your preconfigured searches, e.g.,

• Injuries last month
• Types of Nonconformance this year
• Number of People with Training Gaps
• Hazards reported last month
• "Crane" assets that are non-compliant and tagged "QLD"
• Employees in location "WA" with the Job of "Field Engineer" with a current "Working at Heights" VOC
• any search combination in any module of QSToolbox!

You decide what results you want to see and how to present them - a pie chart, bar chart, a count, etc.

A dashboard can include charts from multiple modules.

You might use a dashboard to set up a report for your monthly Safety Toolbox talk, for a quarterly system review, or for your Management System Review.

It means you won't need to export data or copy paste info in to a Powerpoint - just pull up QSToolbox.
