'Tasks' under Projects can be used to address a range of business requirements, from basic project management to planning the implementation of your quality / safety / environmental management system. Other uses might include:
- Developing an action plan for achieving Quality / Safety Objectives
- Improvement projects
- Tracking contract deliverables
- Tracking grant funding reporting dates
In the list of Projects, click on the small arrow to the left of a project to expand its tasks, or click on 'expand all' to see all the tasks for all the projects in your search results.
The progress bar for a project is based on this list of tasks and how many are marked as 'completed'.
Add new tasks
To add new tasks to a project, you need to open the Project by clicking on the project name. Look for the task form at the bottom of the list of tasks.
Fill in the details and click on "SAVE TASK".
