Reverse Default Sort for Issues, Incidents

Most sites are set up with the default sort order for Issues and Incidents to be listed with oldest first, newest last. You can always (temporarily) change how the list is sorted by clicking on different column headings. Clicking twice will reverse the direction of the sort. 

However, if you prefer your site to always list your Issues or Incidents with the most recent ones first, let us know and we can change your site to reverse the default sort order.

You can't change this setting yourself and you'll need to contact us to change this for your site. You'll need to be the designated contact person or site admin for us to action a request. 

(This is a site-wide setting and can't be changed on a per user basis.)
