Supplier compliance

Use the Contacts module to manage supplier compliance in QSToolbox. Track requirements such as insurance, certifications, site inductions, etc, upload records, and receive reminders for expiry dates. 

There are 3 basic steps:

  1. First, create "Requirements" for the things you want to track, e.g. Insurance
  2. Add a Supplier and select applicable requirements. e.g. 'ACME supplies' must have 'Insurance'
  3. Upload Records that demonstrate the supplier meets each requirement, along with the expiry date information.  e.g. 'Insurance' certificate for 'ACME' that expires '1 Apr 2023'

QSToolbox will identify and report on gaps (requirements not met) and send expiry date notifications.
