Make an Employee Inactive
When an Employee leaves your organisation, you can mark them as "Inactive".
You won't lose any data, and you can still access Inactive employee information via the 'Inactive' search tab in the Training module.
Marking an Employee as 'Inactive' will hide them from the default search results, and stop any reminders about training expiry dates.
If the employee later returns to your organisation, you can just switch them back to 'active' again to start tracking their training requirements and expiry dates again.
How to make an Employee 'Inactive'
- Go to the Training module and view the Employee you want to change.
- Click "EDIT" at the top right.
- Tick the 'Inactive' box, and then click "SAVE" at the bottom:
