Registers Overview

Registers are for collecting records. You might use the Registers module to collect things like:

  • Audit Reports
  • Workplace / site health and safety inspections
  • Meeting minutes
  • Process monitoring data
  • Site inspections
  • Reviews
Each set of records will have their own register. 

Registers can collect records on a repeating schedule (annual, monthly, every 6 weeks, etc), or just ad-hoc.
Register records often have an uploaded file or multiple files, e.g., audit report, meeting minutes. 
You can nominate a form you've defined in the 'Forms' module to use with each record in a Register to structure the data you're collecting.
