Training - Getting Started

The Training module is very interlinked, so before you can start adding training records, you'll need to create the things that training records link together. 

1. The first thing is to create Competencies for the things you want to track.

2. Then define your jobs and which competencies are required for those roles.

3. Create an employee and assign them a job. Based on their job(s) this employee now has competency requirements.

4. Now you can create a Training record, which links the employee with a competency on a particular date. To do that you need to select an employee.
